Dr. Bukkapatnam is a graduate of Duke University in Durham, N.C., where she received a B.S. in biology. After receiving her medical degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Orlando Health/Winnie Palmer Hospital. She was named Assistant Director of Medical Education OB-GYN at the Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando in 2010 where she was responsible for staffing inpatient labor and delivery, gynecology and triage, as well as the outpatient gynecology clinic. While there, Dr. Bukkapatnam also taught and managed residents and medical students. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
