Mr. Kidd began his legal career as Deputy City Attorney for the City of San Diego. While working for the city, Mr. Kidd prosecuted hundreds of criminal matters, including more than one hundred jury and bench trials. We handle all types of criminal matters ranging from allegations of theft, drug sales, driving under the influence of alcohol, robbery, fraud, domestic violence, and homicide. Mr. Kidd has been in private practice since 1998. His trial experience is extensive and includes successful jury verdicts in state and federal court in both criminal and civil matters.
